The area is home to some of the most magnificent lakes and rivers, from naturally cleansing to unforgiving and wild these bodies of water embody the Lake Region area. From the Delaware to the Lackawaxen, Wallenpaupack or even Woodloch’s very own Lake Teedyuskung, these shining examples are just the beginning of the marvelous waters in our area.
Woodloch is surrounded by magnificent wildlife, such as deer, fox, squirrels and birds in every shape and color there is no end to the array of wonder. The forested hills, wetlands, valleys and mountains make up the rough terrain that is the Pocono Mountains.
